This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the American Eagle High Speed 6 person lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free internet access, heated underground parking, Laundry Facilities. One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.
