This townhome will sleep a total of 13 people with the queen sofa bed The unit is located 150 yards from the Union Creek lift and Copper's ski school. The property is also a short walk or shuttle ride to the restaurants, activities and shopping available in Center Village. The townhome features a full size heated garage and reverse osmosis hot and cold water faucet in the kitchen. Community Hot Tub | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR 22-R-00497 | One parking space in private garage. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.
