Place was nice. We loved the location being able to ski to the condo and take the chair out the door to access the B. We moved some of the furniture to have room for us all to lay out and watch a movie and it was definitely not cleaned under anything and was pretty gross, if we had something to clean it with it wouldn’t have been a big deal but we didnt. Also an ice chipper on the back deck to chip some ice up so its not so slippery going in and out, obviously keeping the ice off the deck is impossible, but a chipper to scuff it up would be a nice addition. Overall place was great. Loved all the windows and ski access. The place was so bright which is a nice change from a lot of places. Would definitely stay here again

Good location. Pilot light out, no one responded to maintenance call. Reserved parking space nice, but roof leaked, putting so much ice on car trunk it could not be opened.

I rented this small unit on short notice for a few nights and it was OK, but I would not stay here again due to the condition of the property. The best part is the large backyard area which was perfect for my dog. The ground level access makes it very easy for pets to go outside. There is a view of the mountains which is also nice. The kitchen, dining, and living areas, however, are quite dated and the furniture is worn and uncomfortable. The bed does not appear to be a queen. The outside patio has a large crack and is uneven and needs to be repaired.

The property manager was very nice and accommodated my requests for an early check in and a late check out. Upon arrival, I discovered that the sliding door lock and upstairs shower were broken, and several light bulbs needed to be replaced. The property manager responded quickly and repaired the items.

To benefit future guests, I would suggest that the property manager ensure some type of mechanism (e.g., checklist) be put in place so maintenance issues are addressed prior to guests’ arrival and also recommend the unit undergo a renovation or lower the price as there are nicer and larger rentals in the same vicinity at similar price points.

Easiest access to lift. The covered parking was awesome as it snowed for days.

We enjoyed the space and thought it was roomy and clean for the price for sure. The bathrooms have been updated fairly recently. We really appreciated bringing fido too! Very dog friendly community here. I wished the furniture were a little more comfy- like a small sectional with the sofa sleeper and more instructions to find everything and work the fireplace. More lamps would be good too, so you don't have to depend on the harsh overheads. Also, bedroom has a urine smell that seemed like it came from the box springs and could easily be remedied with some enzyme cleaner. Overall, would stay here again if I am bringing the dog again. Great location, nice and close to everything!

Overall our stay was excellent! The location of this condo is most likely the best! It's a true ski out/ski in property. We were able to ski and sled after hours which was very fun. The only negative was the rooms were a little small for the 4 of us but overall EXCELLENT!

My daughter and I stayed for three nights in January, 2021. The condo was perfect for us. Easy to avoid shuttles (which looked to be packed and a COVID risk). You cannot tell from the description, but it is very close to the lift. We were able to ski right to the front door with no difficulty. To get to the trails when leaving the condo, you have to walk uphill (not steep) about 15-20 yards, put on your skis, and traverse another 20 -30 yards to the Pitchfork double chair. This only services terrain for very young kids or extreme beginners, but you can cut across to the Super Bee, which takes you anywhere. Condo is also a short walk from Center Village. I made the mistake of renting skis in East Village, which is much farther away.
Condo is not luxurious but had everything we needed.
Parking is a bit confusing - a better map from management company would help. Parking spaces are numbered and are not located next to the unit to which they are assigned. Not a long walk, just confusing when trying to arrive at night.
