Very pleased with parking and proximately to the mountain. Customer service at Copper Vacations was nice. Room was nice too. Toilet is very low to the ground and takes a while to flush. Walk out to lift and ski back was good. Front door needs weather stripping you could see outside while standing inside but the heat kept up with this. Had a problem with the pilot light on the fireplace. Called and thy came and fixed it sane day. Good Job!

Ten Mile Haus is in a great location. That's about the only upside of staying there. The decor is terrible, some of the lights don't work, the fireplace doesn't work, the jets in the hot tub didn't work, the ski locker right by the front door was locked, one of the chairs was broken in two, etc. It is very difficult to get in and out of the garage because you have to pull a rope to open the door and there's barely enough room to back out. Will not stay again.

Skiing back into the condo for lunch right to the front door. Like I said, you cannot get any closer to the snow. Condo is well kept great. Gas fireplace for aesthetics and heat. Nice big kitchen table. We’ll be back!

Wonderful condo a short walk to the lifts. There is outdoor storage for skis & snowboards & room for at least 5. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or dinner after a long day. Will definitely stay again!

My daughter and I had a great time with this rental place. It is very close to the lift American Eagle. We can ski back all the way to the front of door every day. Private parking garage is very convenient. The rental property is big enough for four people. It is clean and comfortable. They also allowed us to check out late and park our car in their garage for the checkout day. I will rent this place again.

The condo was a good size for two people. Kitchen and bathroom was well-stocked. Loved the big floor pillow for lounging. Fireplace was easy to use a d cozy! Also loves the bench for taking off ski boots!

Condo was outdated! I would not stay there again, only one bed was comfortable, and sectional was extremely uncomfortable. Having two full beds is not ideal for a couple. Also blinds were broken in bedroom. There needs to have blackout curtains as well in bedroom.

Unit was clean and nice. The location was much better than expected. We literally put our skis on just outside the door and skated to the lifts. Skiing back was perfect. This was great during Covid as we were able to stop for lunch and snacks when eating out was restricted. Thank you.
