Lovely ski rental with nice views and very clean. We loved the ski in condo and the sun soaked porch.

The overall inside of the condo was a step back about 20 years. From the lightening, furniture to the wall decor, it felt like 1989 called. There was one rickety dresser for clothes, so we just lived out of our luggage. The bathroom drawers were filled with someone else's junk and leftovers. It was gross to see band aids, clippers and other hygiene items that other guests left behind. The condo needs a decor and design overall and be a bit more inviting for guests to feel comfortable. The positives, the condo was a true ski in/ski out and centrally located within walking distance of Central Village. Other than that, sorry, but I would not stay there again nor recommend.

We couldn't have had a better location for our spring break trip. Our son wanted to learn to snowboard and being able to walk out the door and head to the easy lift for him to practice was perfect. We also were able to walk straight to Central Copper every day and night. The unit itself had everything we needed for three adults. We'll definitely stay there again!<br/>

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was clean, charmingly decorated, plenty of kitchen needs provided.... the only thing I usually see in a condo but not in this one was a small supply of coffee and tea. But it's a great place to relax!

Our stay at the Ten Mile Haus B1 unit was awesome! There were three of us + our dog and it was a perfect amount of space (given we didn't spend much of our time in the unit because we were skiing). What a fantastic location too - located in Center Village, with access to literally ski straight to the unit's patio area. We loved the personal decor touches from the unit's owner and overall, very well-stocked kitchen. 11/10 we'd recommend this space to others!

Nice condo at a fair price. Easy walking distance to Copper Mountain resort shops and restaurants. Great central location for short drives to Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon. Aspen is further away but still an easy day trip. We would definitely go back and stay here.

Great place to stay! Easy to let the dog in and out. Property was well maintained and very quiet. Everything felt clean! I appreciated the patio furniture as it gave me a nice place to sit on the porch. Great views and easy access to both East and Center Villages. Colorado Trail access is feet away. There is a large green space if you need to let out a pet and there are dog poop bags and a trash behind the trees in the green space. The biggest downside is that the door lock would act locked but you could shove the door right open. This made me rather uneasy. So I would suggest they replace that if possible or lock it from the inside and close it behind you.

Overall, great location. Need to know that you'll be bringing all you stuff up a flight of stairs from the parking garage. Limited height of 6'-8" prevented access with pick up truck and had to park in the Ten Mile garage. <br/><br/>The condo is suitable but, one of the most basic accommodations I've stayed in over the last ten years, but cozy and very convenient to the bunny slope if you have beginner kids.

This will be the 6th time visiting Copper and even though it was an older condo, we enjoyed the ski in benefit of this condo. There was just enough room for our 2 kids to get the rest needed for the next day of sking.

Clean, spacious for a 1 bedroom. Decorations were neat as they had historical Copper paraphernalia.

The condo is close by the training lift which brings you high enough to reach Super Bee lift, very convenient. At the end of the day you ski right to the condo. It is one of the first building to be built in 1972. The unit has been upgraded and has a cozy feel to it. There is plenty of space for a couple with maybe 2 kids. We like to cook and this is where the unit falls short. Very few dishes and cooking utensils. Only a couple of glasses so we ended up running the dish washer almost every day. There is parking in the building. It is quite a schlepp to get your luggage to the unit. However we would stay here again

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was the perfect amount of space and the deck was so nice to have. It is super close to hike the ski hills.

Nice quiet condo right by the trail to walk my dog to the village or up thru the ski area. A little hard to understand where to park, but once I did it was fine. Kitchen was well stocked too. Hit the fall colors at the right time.

Right off I-70 and quick access to several hikes, couldn&#x2019;t have asked for a better location with an accommodating host!

It was a fine place right at the base of Copper (would be incredible during ski season as it is truly ski in/ski out. Be aware during shoulder season that a lot of the village is closed so be ready to go to Frisco for dinner etc. The condo itself was clean but very dated furnishing and feel, could use some updates but overall fine.

The location was great and the unit was clean, but the sofa bed was falling apart and the owner couldn't have cared any less. Our kids didn't mention it until we'd be there a few nights. We reported it to the manager and their solution was an air mattress and saw no need to accept our solution of one day's credit - it wasn't as if i asked for the entire trip, only the day AFTER we reported it. He offered a pitiful $200 and basically said in a few more words he didn't care - and his actions showed. It was our fault we didn't report it sooner, perhaps it could have been fixed.. I would be very cautious here if you expect to use the sleeper sofa as a bed. This thing didn't just break. It has been this way for quite some time it appears and i suspect it is still broken today. To the owner a flimsy air mattress is good enough - so you've been warned.

Awesome location. Short hike to American Eagle lift but easily able to ski right down to the porch. Very disappointed in the hot tub situation. The condo removed the hot tub a few years ago and you are not allowed to use any other public hot tub, even though there is one less than 50 yards from your porch. Would be 5 stars if not for that.

We had SUCH a great time here &#x2013; location was key! With 2 younger kids, it was great to be so close. The place was very clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!!
