Very happy renting this unit from Copper Vacations. We experienced excellent customer service from booking to rental. They were very responsive with addressing the few issues we asked to have addressed in the unit. Location is great. <br/><br/>The condo was very nice. There were only 4 wine glasses so suggested more be added upon checkout. We found the unit somewhat dark. . . .could use brighter bulbs in bedroom lamps and master bath is dark in tub/shower area and sink. <br/><br/>The unit was generally too warm. We lowered temperature significantly (lower 60&#x2019;s) but still warm. Guessing it&#x2019;s because it&#x2019;s on the top floor and heat rises. Could use better instructions in unit such as ski locker which is listed as in basement. Actually, it&#x2019;s just inside external door to chair lift which is super convenient. <br/>

Amazing location & wonderful condo.

Rental is exactly as described. Very nice location and clean apartment. The only thing I would caution others...there was absolutely nothing in the pantry-only coffee filters and salt. I have stayed at many copper rentals over the past 10 years and there is always staples available: ketchup, salt and pepper, Saran Wrap and other items. This is the first place I stayed where all the cupboards were completely empty. Some may prefer that. Just a note to be aware especially considering the price!

The guys at Copper Vacation were very friendly and helpful. <br/>Mountain Plaza 706 is the place to stay. Centrally located and with in walking distance to the slopes and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time! The view from the living room window is majestic! In the mornings, you can see the sunrise over the mountains. During the day, you can see so much going on. The half pipe participants are fun to watch as well. Condo had everything we needed to make us feel at home.

Location was beautiful. Easy in, easy out to highway 70. Can&#x2019;t ask for better than that! <br/>Room quality was excellent. My only 2 slight complaints were:<br/>1) took at least 15 mins for warm/hot water in the shower. Sometimes no hot water at all. <br/>2) the washing machine, which was a huge perk on getting that room, did not work. Had to lug sopping wet clothes to the 5th floor laundry facility. That was most disappointing. <br/>

The location was perfect and the accommodations were great. Called maintenance upon our arrival as our washer did not work. They sent a building rep to check it and said they called maintenance but it was not fixed during our stay nor did they follow-up.

Pros: Proximity to lifts, bars and restaurants. Activities for kids, tubing hill, skating rink. Ease of check-in. Heated garage<br/>Cons: Low garage clearance 6'-8" (didn't find this mentioned anywhere in property description). Instructions for TV (several remotes, could not find local channels to watch NFL playoffs). Towels for hot tub<br/>

This condo is perfect for its location, size and cleanliness. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Mountain Plaza is the most convenient condo complex for a ski vacation in Copper Mountain. My unit 706 was recently remodeled and quite comfortable. It had 2 beds in one bedroom which we needed and 3 baths in a 2 bedroom unit which was a nice bonus.

Condo was beautiful with a amazing view BUT not stocked as I would have expected. We typically stay in VRBO condos owned by individuals who want to make sure your stay is perfect so we are used to them being very well appointed. This condo had just the bare minimum. We had to ask the management to bring a coffee maker, working toaster, an extra pillow and blanket so the pullout had bedding and keys to the ski locker.; of which they brought promptly. There were 7 spoons and six forks and 8 plates and 7 bowls. The condo sleeps 8 and had we had 8 in our group we would of had the ask for additional silverware and bowls. the glassware was random also. Not sure if there were 8 glasses that matched as we used bottled water most of the time. The way it was we had to run the dishwasher after each meal thankfully they had plenty of dishwasher soap pods. Only 1 bathroom had a hair dryer which was attached to the wall which made it awkward to use. Mountain plaza is an amazing location along with the view of the slopes. We will stick to vrbo or Airbnb rentals next time.
