Unbeatable location!
Reviewed on 2025-04-13 by , Mount Hood Parkdale, OR USWe love the location of this condo; this is our 2nd USASA National Championships at this location. It is a tight fit when all four of us are hanging in the condo - but most of our time is spent on the slopes.
Recommendations: pillow top on the queen bed (the mattress is harder than any I have slept on in Mexico!) & with a $50/night increase over last season - PLEASE upgrade the pillows - they seriously are the flattest pillows ever. It would be awesome to have a little $25 coffee bean grinder available. Last - no one in the Copper village will take cash for quarters - upgrade the laundry machines to receive a different payment.
If we are back for Nationals next year - we'll still pick this location. Just a few minor upgrades would be awesome!
Cozy, well-stocked rental
Reviewed on 2025-04-08 by Stephen A. , Carrabassett Valley, ME United StatesThis unit is not directly in the center village, but a very easy walk across the street away. The condo was well-stocked, and had everything needed in the kitchen. Unlike other units I have rented, there was plenty of space to store clothes and gear as well. Hot tub wasn't working for our entire stay, but that's how it goes sometimes. Slopes are an easy walk or ski away. Beds were very comfortable.

Hits & Misses
Reviewed on 2025-03-18 by Michael K. , Hayden, CO United StatesWhen we arrived we picked up our packet after the copper office was closed and went straight to the condo. Super easy!
There we found out we needed a code to not only park, but to access the condo main entrance. This is pretty normal accept we had no codes. Did I mention that we didn't have the wifi pw either?
- 4 teens- HYSTERIA, hours of complaining- seriously. Sent them outside to get some nautre in their lives!
A nice person let us in - all the kids were "dying" and we called the number on the information sheet. There a very nice on call lady tried for 30 minutes to help us, but had no codes. We ended up speaking to security around 9pm just to be able to not leave someone in the entry to finish unloading our car.
First thing that morning we went to the rental office and got all the information we needed-
The condo on it's own was lovely and a perfect fit for our group accept the bedding. None of us got any sleep due to the horrible beds. I would love to say I would book this condo again... but i cant.
There was only heat in the main living space and no where else in the home. The baseboard heaters were not turning on. ( we checked the breakers) There were two space heaters in the closet , but when plugging them both in we blew the breakers. This happened non-stop due to the mstr suite did not have any heat nor did the bathroom.
The mstr suite bed was one of the most painful experiances my wife and I have ever gone through. When we left on Sunday we felt like we had been in a car wreck our bodies were so stiff- Neither of us skiied only the kids.
I really enjoyed the customer service aspect of this little adventure! Honestly, we had a wonderful time. The beds & having no heat was annoying.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CODES AND WIFI PW BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE OFF
The location of the property was amazing for our daughter's 16th Bday w. 4 friends. The unit served it's purpose, kind of.

When we arrived we picked up our packet after the copper office was closed and went straight to the condo. The lodge at copper
Reviewed on 2025-03-02 by Doyle R. , Jefferson, GA USEverything was great, check in , staff at rental office, location was prime and condo was clean upon arrival - the only thing that needs to be addressed is the master bed that was very hard and uncomfortable- would be willing to stay at same location but would chose a different room other than #204 due to lack of sleep caused by very uncomfortable mattress - look forward to seeing you guys next year in a different room number - thank you ! Doyle
Great location, easy rental process, very firm mattress
Reviewed on 2025-02-23 by , Grosse Pointe, MI United StatesRented condo 204 for a family ski trip. Condo location and amenities were great. Copper vacations was easy to work with and communication was good (booking, check-in, etc.). Only complaint we had was that the mattress in the queen bedroom is VERY firm. May not be an issue for some people, but be aware if you need a somewhat softer mattress for a good night sleep! Overall I would still highly recommend this condo, it literally is a ski in/ski out condo!
Uncomfortable beds
Reviewed on 2025-01-18 by Leigh D. , Houston, TX United StatesThe place has the hardest mattresses I have ever experienced with cheap, old bedding and pillows. The bed in the master bedroom also shakes greatly with any little movement. After a long day of skiing, all you want do is have a good night sleep. The master bed was so bad that I ended up sharing the pull out coach with my son for the rest of the stay, which is also an uncomfortable mattress, but at least it didn’t shake with every movement. The bunk bed also had terrible mattresses.
Nice place to stay near the American Flyer Lift/Lodge@Copper 204
Reviewed on 2025-01-18 by David K. , St. Joseph, MO United StatesBest features: Heated underground garage parking, elevator, well stocked comfortable condo. Minor item: One too many chairs in the living room makes it crowded. Larger gripe: Should NOT be called ski-in / ski-out. “Walk to Lift” would be better. Overall - Enjoyed our stay a LOT.
Reviewed on 2024-02-20 by edwin b. , Prairieville, LA United StatesLocation, location, location! You will not find better access to the American Flyer lift, and West Village was not a far walk. The property was clean, well stocked and easy to get to. The only negative is getting from the back deck area to Center Village/lifts due to a snow wall around the parking lot.

Serious issues
Reviewed on 2022-09-25 by , Penrose, CO United StatesFirst, the "minor" things, 1. Dirty little girl panties stuffed in the couch and crushed goldfish and stickers and hair barrettes under the coffee table which we moved to pull the couch bed out
2. The lighting in the room was SO dim, we couldn't see to get dressed. There were 2 low-light lamps. My husband bumped his head on the TV because he couldn't see it!
3. Major issue: the bed was as hard as lying on a table. It was really really hard. We tried moving to the foldout couch and it was maybe 5 to 10 percent better, that's it. My back was killing me in the morning in both scenarios. I understand some people like a firm mattress but this was really off the charts too firm!
4. Perhaps the MOST dangerous issue is that throughout the hallways of the property and especially in the elevator, there were these severe fumes, like exhaust, wafting up from the garage level. We all had headaches all 3 days we were there and had to try and hold our breath between the condo and getting down and out to the front door. Exhaust fumes can kill people. This is really a serious issue!
The room was mostly clean and a good value, however, there were 4 issues and 2 were major.
First, the "minor" things, 1.
