Executive Banquet Chef Dave Taladay is excited to create these wonderful meals for you! Dine on a delicious meal and enjoy an incredible setting at Copper’s Solitude Station:

Ride up the lift to Solitude Station, where you will have a hot apple cider and one alcoholic beverage.  Enjoy a wonderful buffet dinner, along with dessert and live music.

Take in the beautiful evening mid-mountain before skiing or riding down a groomed run back to Center Village, where you will then have the option to enjoy a libation at one of Copper’s dining locations.

 

Things to Know:

Must be an intermediate skier!
This event is rain or shine or blizzard!
Ensure your skis are ready to go, there are no tools available.
Sign-in, is at Guest Services in A10
Sign in begins at 4:15pm till 5:50pm.
Waiting area is Kokopelli’s in the Conference Center.
It could be dark, head lamp is recommended.
Bring a pair of shoes.

 

March Moonlight Dine & Ski Buffet Menu

Beets and Greens - Roasted golden & purple beets, grilled watermelon, Feta cheese, shaved fennel, roasted Pistachio’s, Arcadian greens, baby arugula with strawberry Balsamic dressing

Smoked Pork Green Chili - Hand crafted stock, pit smoked tender pork, charred chilies

Roasted Rack of Elk - Pistachio crusted rack of elk, black cherry sage reduction, toasted farro pilaf and crispy prosciutto

Herb Roasted All Natural Whole Chickens - Red Bird Farms roasted whole chickens, carved from the oven with roasted mire poix, rosemary roasted garlic velouté

Cedar Plank Smoked Salmon - Cedar Plank smoked salmon, tamarind BBQ glaze, preserved lemon avocado relish

Blackened Shrimp & Crab Mac n' Cheese - Cavatappi noodles with spring peas, Sharp Cheddar, Gruyere and Parmesan
